Before you approve: Check design and sizing details carefully. Changes you request after confirmation may not be possible. If we can accommodate a change, we will explain any additional charge or revised delivery estimate and obtain your approval before proceeding.

Before production begins, we can normally cancel a Custom Product order and issue a full refund. After production begins, cancellation is not normally possible. If production can be stopped, reasonable costs already incurred may be deducted; we explain the costs and resulting refund before completing the cancellation.

No. A sketch, logo, or reference image is enough to start the discussion. Clear views and color references help us understand your character.
Character features, colors, materials, outfits, and branding can be reviewed alongside fit, visibility, movement, and ventilation needs. Available options depend on the design and construction.
US$799 is the full price for one complete custom mascot costume as described on our custom mascot product page. No additional costume payment is required after purchase.
Optional cooling fans, cooling vests, storage bags, and Express Shipping are charged separately only when selected. Applicable prices are displayed before checkout.
Order processing takes 3–5 business days after payment is received. This includes order review, design confirmation, production, preparation, and packing. Production time is not added separately.
All orders are shipped from China. For the United States and Canada, estimated total delivery is 13–20 business days with Free Shipping or 8–12 business days with Express Shipping, including processing.
