Mascotfun.com is operated by Changzhou Xiaoluo Youxuan E-Commerce Co., Ltd. In this policy, “Mascotfun,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to that company. We are the controller of the personal information covered by this policy.

This policy applies to personal information handled through www.mascotfun.com, our online store, customer service, and related order and customization services. It does not govern a third party's own website, application, or service.

2Information we collect

Information you provide

• Identity and contact details: name, email address, telephone number, billing address, shipping address, and country or region.
• Account information: login credentials, account settings, newsletter preference, wishlist, and order history.
• Order and transaction details: products, quantities, price, currency, delivery method, transaction status, and payment confirmation. Payment providers process your full payment credentials; we generally receive only the details needed to confirm and manage the transaction.
• Customization materials: logos, artwork, images, measurements, color choices, design instructions, approvals, and other files or information you submit for a custom mascot order.
• Communications: messages, support requests, form submissions, reviews, survey responses, and records of our correspondence.
• Marketing preferences: your newsletter subscription and other communication choices.

Information collected automatically

When you use the store, we may collect IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, searches, cart activity, language and currency preferences, approximate location derived from IP, timestamps, and security or diagnostic information. We collect this through server logs, cookies, and similar browser storage.

Information from other sources

We may receive transaction confirmation from payment providers, delivery updates from carriers and customs partners, fraud or security signals from service providers, and information from another person who purchases or requests a product for you.

3How and why we use information

If we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before you withdrew consent. If providing certain information is necessary for an order, we may not be able to provide that part of the service without it.

Mascotfun operates from China and serves customers internationally. Your personal information may therefore be transferred to and processed in China and in other countries where our payment, production, technology, or delivery partners operate. Privacy laws in those locations may differ from the laws in your country.

Where required, we use recognized safeguards for international transfers, such as adequacy decisions, approved contractual protections, consent, or another lawful transfer mechanism. You may contact us to ask about the safeguards relevant to your information.

7How long we keep information

• technical logs are kept for a limited period unless needed longer for security, fraud prevention, or a legal matter.

When information is no longer needed, we delete, anonymize, or securely isolate it as appropriate.

You can update certain account details by signing in. You can stop marketing emails by using the unsubscribe option in the message or by contacting us. Transactional messages about an active order or account may still be sent.

To make a privacy request, use our contact form and write “Privacy Request” in your message. Tell us the right you wish to exercise and the email address connected with your account or order. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and protect your data. You may use an authorized agent where local law permits. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland

Where applicable, you may exercise rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and data portability, and may withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority where you live or work or where you believe a violation occurred.

California

In the preceding 12 months, we may have collected the categories described in Section 2: identifiers and contact information; customer records; commercial and transaction information; internet or other electronic activity; approximate geolocation derived from IP; account credentials; communications and customer content; and inferences based on your product and service choices. We collect these categories from you, your device, payment and delivery providers, and other sources described in Section 2. We use and disclose them for the business purposes in Sections 3 and 5 and retain them as described in Section 7.

If the California Consumer Privacy Act applies, California residents may request access to specific information, correction, deletion, and information about our collection, use, and disclosure practices. Residents may also opt out of sale or sharing and limit certain uses of sensitive personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right to limit. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16. You may exercise applicable rights as explained in Section 9.

11Children's privacy

Our store is intended for adult purchasers and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child under 13. People under the age of majority where they live should use the store only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
