- Logo & lettering filesVector artwork is preferred. Clear PNG or PDF files may also be useful.

Custom order FAQ
Do I need finished character artwork?
No. Finished front, side, and back artwork is helpful, but you can also send a sketch, logo, photos, or inspiration references. We will tell you what additional information is needed.
Can you match our brand colors?
Send Pantone, HEX, or RGB values and any available physical or digital references. We will select the closest suitable material colors; slight variation can occur between screens, references, and materials.
Can a logo, name, or number be added?
Branding can often be included on clothing or selected costume areas. Share a clear logo file and your preferred placement so it can be reviewed with the full design.
How long does a custom mascot take?
The schedule depends on design complexity, approvals, production availability, and destination. We will provide a project-specific estimate after reviewing your brief. Allow extra time for revisions and shipping.
How do I choose the right size?
