1About these Terms

MascotFun.com (the “Website”) is operated by Changzhou Xiaoluo Youxuan E-Commerce Co., Ltd. (“MascotFun,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms apply to the Website and to purchases made from us. Our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Payment Methods, and Customs & Duties Policy are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If a product page, written quotation, design approval, or order confirmation contains specific terms that conflict with these general Terms, the specific terms apply to that order only.

2Eligibility & accounts

You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract in your location. If you place an order for a company, school, team, organization, or another person, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on their behalf.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity carried out through your account. Information supplied to us must be current, complete, and accurate. Please contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account use.

3Product information

We aim to display product descriptions, colors, dimensions, images, materials, and prices accurately. Screen settings, lighting, photography, material batches, and the handmade nature of some products may cause reasonable variations in color, texture, shape, placement, and finish. Images may include props or accessories that are not part of the product unless stated otherwise.

Measurements are approximate. You are responsible for checking the product description and providing correct wearer measurements using our Size Guide. If an item is intended for a particular event, tell us the required date before ordering; a requested date is not guaranteed unless we expressly confirm it in writing.

4Custom orders & customer artwork

Custom and personalized products are made using the measurements, colors, wording, artwork, logos, reference images, and other instructions you provide. Please review all details carefully. If we provide a sketch, rendering, proof, or written specification for approval, production may begin once you approve it. Changes requested after approval may cause extra charges or delays and may not be possible once production has started.

By submitting any name, logo, character, image, design, trademark, or other material, you confirm that you own it or have all permissions required for us to use it. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to reproduce, adapt, and use that material only as reasonably necessary to review, produce, and deliver your order. You are responsible for claims resulting from material you submit without permission.

We may decline content or an order that we reasonably believe is unlawful, infringing, misleading, hateful, unsafe, or otherwise inappropriate. Please see our Custom Guide for the current customization process.

5Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. An automated message acknowledging receipt does not mean that we have accepted the order. Acceptance occurs when we send an order confirmation or otherwise begin fulfillment. We may ask you to verify order, delivery, measurement, design, or payment information before acceptance.

We may refuse or cancel an order before fulfillment because of product availability, a material pricing or description error, suspected fraud, payment failure, shipping restrictions, intellectual-property concerns, or legal or safety requirements. If we cancel after receiving payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or order to the original payment method, subject to the payment provider's processing time.

6Prices, taxes & payment

Prices and available currencies are shown on the Website or in your quotation. Unless stated otherwise, shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and similar charges are not included in the product price. Currency-conversion amounts may be estimates; your payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or fee.

You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the total displayed at checkout. Payment options depend on your country, device, currency, and order. We do not guarantee that every displayed method will be available for every transaction. Promotional codes have no cash value, cannot be combined unless stated otherwise, and may be withdrawn or corrected if used contrary to their terms.

7Production, shipping & delivery

Production and delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly guarantee a date in writing. Timing may depend on design approval, payment clearance, customization complexity, material availability, carrier capacity, destination procedures, customs clearance, weather, and events outside our reasonable control.

You must provide a complete, accurate, and deliverable address and cooperate with reasonable carrier or customs requests. You are responsible for additional costs caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery, failure to collect a parcel, or failure to provide information required for import clearance, except where the problem was caused by us. Ownership of the products and risk of loss transfer as provided by applicable law and the shipping terms for your order.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees charged by the destination country or carrier. Please review our Shipping Policy and Customs & Duties Policy for further details.

8Cancellations, returns & refunds

Cancellation, return, exchange, and refund eligibility is governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Because custom and personalized products are made to your specifications, they may not be cancellable or returnable after design approval or production begins, except where required by law or where the product is defective or does not match the agreed specification.

Inspect your order promptly after delivery. If a parcel or product arrives damaged, is materially incomplete, or differs from the confirmed order, keep the packaging and contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and clear photos. This request for prompt notice does not reduce any mandatory legal right.

9Safe product use

Mascot costumes may restrict vision, hearing, movement, balance, and heat dissipation. They are performance costumes, not protective equipment. The purchaser is responsible for assessing the wearer, venue, activity, weather, and local safety requirements before use.

• Use a trained spotter or handler and maintain a clear performance area.
• Take regular breaks, stay hydrated, and use suitable ventilation or cooling.
• Keep away from flames, high heat, traffic, machinery, water hazards, and slippery or uneven surfaces.
• Do not drive, cycle, operate machinery, or perform hazardous stunts while wearing a costume.
• Stop immediately if the wearer feels dizzy, overheated, short of breath, unwell, or unable to see safely.
• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult. Do not use a costume that is damaged or obstructs safe breathing.

10Acceptable use of the Website

You must not:

• use the Website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing activity;
• attempt to bypass security, access non-public areas, introduce malicious code, or disrupt the Website;
• scrape, copy, or use automated systems to extract content at a scale that burdens the Website or violates applicable law;
• impersonate another person, misrepresent your affiliation, or submit false order or account information; or
• use Website content or product images in a way that suggests our endorsement without written permission.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, our business, the Website, or third parties, or to comply with law.

11Intellectual property & submissions

The Website and its text, layout, graphics, original product photographs, logos, software, and other content are owned by or licensed to MascotFun and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the Website for personal shopping and legitimate business purchasing, but may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit our content without permission.

If you submit a review, photo, comment, or other non-confidential content for public display, you confirm that it is accurate, lawful, and yours to share. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, and display that content in connection with MascotFun. This does not transfer ownership of your content to us. You may ask us to stop using it, subject to legal retention requirements and uses already completed.

12Disclaimers & limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise that the Website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Third-party links, carriers, and payment services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their independent acts or omissions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MascotFun will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill, or data arising from the Website, an order, or product use. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability relating to a claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to that claim.

These exclusions do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot be limited, or any warranty, remedy, or consumer right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.

13Disputes & governing law

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern promptly. These Terms and any non-contractual dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The competent courts in Changzhou, Jiangsu, China will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring or defend a claim in another jurisdiction or under another governing law.

If you are a consumer, this section does not deprive you of protections that cannot be waived under the law of your usual place of residence.

14General provisions

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, war, civil disorder, government action, labor disruption, carrier interruption, customs delay, power failure, telecommunications failure, or material shortage.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer ours as part of a reorganization, merger, sale, or other lawful business transfer, provided your mandatory rights are not reduced.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our products, Website, business, or legal obligations. Updated Terms apply from the “Last updated” date shown above and do not retroactively change an order already accepted unless required by law or agreed with you. These Terms and the policies incorporated above form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Website and your order.
